Founded in 1997, Vinayak Oil & Fats Private Limited was established with a vision to deliver premium-quality edible oils to Indian households. Over the years, the company has grown into a modern multi-oil refinery specializing in Rice Bran, Sesame, Sunflower, and other edible oils, serving both domestic and international markets.
In 2003, the company expanded into the oil milling sector through Maa Kali Oil Mill, which was later restructured and incorporated as Edible Agro Products Ltd. in 2005. Today, as part of Vinayak Oil & Fats Private Limited, the division manages oilseed sourcing, crushing, and oil extraction through an integrated farm-to-fork supply chain.
Further strengthening its presence, the Group established Budge Budge Refineries Limited in West Bengal, which now operates with a refining capacity of over 500,000 tonnes of crude degummed Soybean and Palm Oil annually. Through its trusted brands, Doctor’s Choice and Sathi, the company continues to deliver high-quality products that cater to the everyday needs of consumers across Eastern India.
